COP25 ( Climate Conference) is the Conference of the parties to the UN Framework Convention on climate change which was held at Madrid. The NGOs working for the welfare of the environment like Norvergence waited were equally concerned about the outcomes of the meeting.
Whereas some major issues like Article 6 that governs international carbon markets, the agreement failed to resolve the critical issue that is to create rules for trading carbon emission and helping the developing countries pay for climate damages.
